They are a franchised business, but are much cheaper than the average coffee-house chain. Not only are they cheaper, but they also brew some of the best coffee in town.
The Human Bean offers specialty coffee blends, Espresso, Chai Teas, Italian sodas, smoothies and more . They are open from 5am-9pm Monday-Sunday, and have some delicious seasonal hot drinks that will warm you right up.
Their Eggnog Latte is amazing, and so is their Pumpkin Pie Latte. Other holiday favorites are their Sea Salt Caramel Latte & Peppermint Latte. My go to is the Snowy Mocha, which is similar to Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha, however it tastes much better.
A 20 oz coffee at The Human Bean costs $4, and each coffee treat is paired with a chocolate covered espresso bean at no extra charge. Even on their busiest day, I haven’t waited longer than a few minutes for my drink.
The Human Bean has two locations in Reno, one is conveniently located by the mall. This location is my favorite because the girls who work there are super friendly and quick.
Another cool thing about The Human Bean is they give back to the countries in which they have their coffee farms with programs such as the Farm Friendly Direct, see the link here for more information http://bit.ly/1B3N7cj.
Their coffee is delicious, and they believe in doing good things for the world. Who knew that buying coffee can have such an affect.
